All tenants complete an Application form and a reference report is obtained prior to a lease being granted to a prospective client.

Private Tenants
Tenants who will fund the rent money themselves will pay their rent by standing order, every month. This will then be forwarded to the owner minus the management fee and any other expenses incurred.

Housing Benefit Tenants - Managed Properties
These tenants will complete their housing benefit application and with our assistance send to the council for processing. There may be a delay in receiving the first payment from the local Housing Benefit department.

Please note that the Housing Benefit pay in arrears. This will be forwarded to you on receipt.
