guidance notes - gas & electricity safety checks

Please note that all Gas installations & appliances must be serviced and inspected annually by a British gas or C.O.R.G.I. registered contractor.

The owner must provide us with the latest certificate when we take on a property.

Alternatively we can arrange to have these checks carried out when we take the property on and on a yearly basis thereafter.

Similarly all electrical installations and appliances must be checked regularly to comply with safety standards.

Owners must agree to this work being carried out before we will take the property on. These checks will be charged at cost.
