We can prepare
an Inventory of the condition of the property and its contents.
This enables us to check the property at the end of a tenancy
and quantify, as far as is practical, any discrepancies that
there may be.
Alternatively you can carry out your own inventory. This can
be more cost-effective for the landlord and will be equally
valid as long as standard guidelines are followed. We have
given more detail in our landlord's newsletter.
Although we make every effort to ensure there is no damage
to the property by carrying out a walk-through inspection,
we cannot be held responsible for any such damage.
